<br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 804 <br />* * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.080 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE RELATING TO THE NUMBER OF PARKING <br />SPACES REQUIRED FOR SPECIFIC USES OF PROPERTIES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 8.080 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.080. Number of Off-street Parking Spaces. <br /> <br />Each of the following uses of property shall <br />provide the number of off-street automobile <br />parking spaces set forth, as follows: <br /> <br />A. Hospital: 1.2 spaces per bed <br /> <br />B. Office Building: 5 spaces per 1,000 sq. <br />ft. gross floor area <br /> <br />C. Convenience Center, Supermarkets, Drug <br />Stores and Similar Retail Uses: 5 spaces <br />per 1,000 sq. ft. gross leasable area <br /> <br />D. Shopping Centers: including neighborhood, <br />Community and Regional Shopping Centers: <br />5 spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. of gross <br />leasable area. <br /> <br />E. Banks, Savings & Loan Offices and other <br />financial and/or Thrift Agencies: 6 <br />spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. gross floor <br />area. <br /> <br />F. Theatre, other than drive-in type: .33 <br />spaces per each seat <br /> <br />G. Places of public assembly, including <br />libraries, museums, auditoriums and <br />similar uses: 4.1 spaces per 1,000 <br />sq. ft. of gross floor area or 1 space <br />per 3 seats in design capacity of all <br />auditoriums or places of assembly <br />whichever is greater. <br /> <br />* <br />
