<br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 805 <br />* * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 5.575, OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE DEFINING VARIOUS TYPES OF RESTAURANTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by adding Section 5.075 to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.575. Restaurant. A restaurant is an establish- <br />ment selling foods prepared for consumption <br />of customers and shall include the <br />following sub-classifications: <br /> <br />(a) Traditional Restaurant: A traditional <br />restaurant is a restaurant where a <br />majority of the customers select their <br />food while seated at a counter or table. <br /> <br />(b) Cafeteria Restaurant: A cafeteria <br />restaurant is a restaurant where a <br />majority of the customers select <br />their food at a serving line and <br />consume the food at a table or counter. <br /> <br />(c) Fast Food Restaurant: A fast food <br />restaurant is a restaurant where a <br />majority of the customers order food <br />and are served food at a counter and <br />the food is thereafter taken to a <br />table, counter or off the premises <br />for consumption. <br /> <br />(d) Drive-In Restaurant: A drive-in <br />restaurant is a restaurant where a <br />majority of the customers order and <br />consume their food in an automobile <br />parked on the premises. <br /> <br />I1. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota this 14th day of March , 1977. <br /> <br /> <br />(l,cc) C/j;!,~ ~ J <br />(,' - - Mayor" ~J","".... <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />----I .~'-' I <br />( . .. -- (./ ,) <br />__;;,,(t-~.../ . t....::"1-:7'--t!i?'-'L- <br />.</ Mana er <br />V <br /> <br />* <br />
