EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of April, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONS NO. 8798 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1992 CONTRACT C Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on April 21, 1992, at 10:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER AMOUNT F. M. Frattalone Excavating Forest Lake Contracting Thomas and Sons Construction Ashbach Construction Co. T. A. Schifsky and Sons C. S. McCrossan Construction $1,140,016.05 $1,189,159.79 $1,247,837.25 $1,251,591.95 $1,264,376.43 $1,435,511.71 WHEREAS, it appears that F. M. Frattalone Excavating of st. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $1,140,016.05. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with F. M. Frattalone Excavating for $1,140,016.05 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed.
