<br />__"r__ <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 808 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 154 TO THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE RESTRICTING CERTAIN CONDUCT ON PREMISES <br />LICENSED PURSUANT TO CHAPTERS 151 and 153 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE OR LICENSED PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. <br />CHAPTER 340. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Chapter 154, to read as follows: <br /> <br />154. Prohibition of Certain Conduct on <br />Licensed Premises. <br /> <br />154.010. Policy. Certain acts or conduct on <br />premises licensed pursuant to Roseville Code <br />Chapters 151 or 153, or licensed pursuant to <br />Minn. Stat. Chapter 340, is deemed contrary <br />to public welfare and is prohibited and no <br />license issued pursuant to Roseville Code <br />Chapters 151 or 153, or licensed pursuant to <br />Minn. Stat. Chapter 340 may be held or main- <br />tained where such acts or conduct is permitted. <br /> <br />154.020. Prohibited Conduct. The prohibited <br />acts or conduct referred to in Section 154.010, <br />are: <br /> <br />(1) The employing or use of any person in the <br />sale or service of beverages in or upon <br />the licensed premises while such person <br />is unclothed or in such attire, costume <br />or clothing as to expose to view any <br />portion of the female breast below the <br />top of the areola or of any portion of <br />the pubic hair, anus, cleft of the <br />buttocks, vulva or genitals. <br /> <br />(2) The employing or use of the services of <br />any host or hostess while such host or <br />hostess is unclothed or in such attire, <br />costume or clothing as described in sub- <br />paragraph (1), above. <br />
