<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ar~ ORUINANCE NO. 810 <br /> <br />A;~ ORUINANCE AMENOH~G SECTIONS 71.020 and 71.030 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE CHANGING SEWER RATES AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Sections 71.020 and 71.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br />are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1171.010. Residential Rates. Charges for sewer service shall <br />be at the following rates for the following residential <br />classifications: <br /> <br />(1) Single Family Residence: $50.00 per year. <br /> <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which the owner and <br />head of the household is receiving Retirement <br />Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance <br />under the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. <br />Section 301, as amended: $27.60 per year. <br />The res i dent to qual i fy for thi s rate, mus t <br />file an affidavit with the City Council stating <br />that the owner and head of such household is <br />receiving Retirement Survivors Insurance or <br />Disability Insurance under the Social Security <br />Act 42 U.S.C. Section 301 as amended. <br /> <br />(3) Duplexes or double bungalows containing two- <br />family units: $100.00 per year. <br /> <br />(4) Each townhouse unit: $50.00 per year. <br /> <br />(5) Each trailer unit: $50.00 per year. <br /> <br />(6) Multiple Dwellings (three or more units <br />except townhouses): $28.20 per year. <br />
