<br />CITY OF RCSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 811 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECI'ION 252.170 PROVIDnK; <br />FOR OFFICIAL HOLImyS. <br /> <br />'Ihe City Council of the City of Ibseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 252.170 of the City Code of the City of <br />Ibseville is hereby arrended to read as follows: <br /> <br />252.170. Holidays. 'The following shall be the <br />official holidays for all employees subject to this ord- <br />inance: New Year's Day, January 1; Washington's and <br />Lincoln's Birthday, the third Monday in February; Menorial <br />Day, the last day in May; Independence Lay , July 4; labor <br />Day, the first Monday in Septerrber; Christopher Colurrbus <br />Day, the second Monday in October; Veterans Day, November 11; <br />'lhanksgi ving Day, the fourth Thursday in November; Chrisblas <br />Day, December 25; and one floating holiday annually to be <br />scheduled with permission of the enployee' s supervisor; <br />provided, when New Years Day, January Ii or Independence Day, <br />July 4; or Veteran's Day, November 11; or Christmas Day, <br />Decerrber 25; falls on Sunday, the following day shall be a <br />holiday; and provided when New Year's ray, January 1; or <br />Independence Day, July 4; or Veteran's Lay, November 11; or <br />Christmas Day, I:ecerrber 25; falls on a Saturday, the preceding <br />day shall be a holiday. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />'Ibis Ordinance shall take effect and be in force fran and after <br />its passage and publicatioo.. <br /> <br />PASSED BY '!HE City Council of the City of Ibseville, Minnesota, <br />this 19th day of Decenber 1977 . <br /> <br />~ <br />Maya . <br /> <br />ATI'EST: <br /> <br />//... ," <br />/ <br />l-' <br /> <br />//"~\ <br />IC>I ~ <br />\C~/, .~ <br />Manager <br />
