<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 814 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 12.030 BY <br />PROVIDING THAT NOTICE OF HEARING FOR SPECIAL USE PERMITS <br />SHALL BE 350 FEET IN LIEU OF 250 FEET. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 12.030 of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />12.030. Procedure for Special Use Permit. <br />Any owner of land may file an application for <br />a special use permit by paying the amount set <br />forth in Section 15.030, and by providing the <br />the City with an abstractor's certified property <br />certificate, showing the property owners within <br />350 feet of the outer boundary of the parcel of <br />land on which the special use permit is requested. <br />The application shall then be heard by the Planning <br />Commission then by the Council upon the same pub- <br />lished notice, mailing notice and hearing procedure <br />as set forth in Sections 16.020 and 16.030, ex- <br />cept that the notices shall contain the descrip- <br />tion of the land and the kind of special permit <br />involved. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, this 13th day of March ,1978. <br /> <br />Ma~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />-) I <br />,,/, ,.~ ~j i V:-z /) , <br />,.""/,C:~'1V<1 .. j .
