<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 818 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT (R-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, the property owners filed an application with <br /> <br />the City Manager in the form of a written request to re- <br /> <br />zone from Single Family Residence District (R-l) to Two <br /> <br />Family Residence District (R-2) , certain property herein- <br /> <br />after described lying and being in the City of Rosevil1e, <br /> <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made its re- <br /> <br />commendation to the Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on May 8, 1978, at <br /> <br />its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br />
