<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 821 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ~ENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 13.250 REQUIRING A SPECIAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR CERTAIN ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION LINES AND ELECTRICAL <br />SUBSTATIONS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 13.250, to read as follows: <br /> <br />13.250 Electrical Transmission Lines and <br />Substations. Electrical Transmission Lines rated <br />at less than 200 kilovolts and electrical sub- <br />stations transforming transmission electrical <br />voltage to distribution voltage are special uses <br />in all zoning districts. Before such transmission <br />lines or electrical substations may be constructed, <br />a special use permit must be secured pursuant to <br />the procedures set forth in Chapter 12 of the City <br />Code, except the requirements for providing an <br />abstractor's certificate showing adjacent property <br />owners and for mailed notice of the hearing. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e <br /> <br />this _22rU.L day of May <br /> <br />, 1978. <br /> <br />.
