<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 827 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY ADDING BEAUTY PARLORS UNDER CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS <br />AS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN AN R-l ZONE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 7.280 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding paragraph (6) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(6) Beauty Parlors with one operator and subject to the <br /> <br />restrictions of permitted home occupations in Section 7.020 and <br /> <br />Section 7.030, except the Council may approve the equipment to <br /> <br />be used. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 7.320 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.320. Special Permit Uses in R-2 Districts.
