<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 828 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 232.035 PROVIDING FOR <br />AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY AND FIREFIGHTER APPLICANTS CON- <br />CERNING HOURS OF AVAILABILITY. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 232.035, to read as follows: <br /> <br />232.035. Agreements with Applicants. <br />Written agreements may be entered into between the <br />City and volunteer Fire Department applicants where- <br />by applicants agree that if they are appointed to <br />membership on the department -that they will be <br />available during certain specified hours, and that <br />if a member of the department who is a party to such <br />agreement is unable to abide by the hours commitment, <br />such inability on the part of the member will be <br />considered "cause" for the purposes of removal pur- <br />suant to Section 232.030. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />this 11th day of Septerrber , 1978. <br /> <br />(' <br />" r,'t, <br />y,., <br />Mayo',t' -- <br />v <br /> <br />Jl) <br /> <br /> <br />-- , <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />J1~.
