<br />I. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections 6.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of <br />Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at <br />a point on the south line of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4) distant two thousand seventy- <br />eight (2,078) feet east of the southwest corner <br />thereof; thence north at right angles to said <br />south line a distance of three hundred thirty- <br />three (333) feet; thence deflect 90 deg to the <br />right on a straight line a distance of one <br />hundred fifty (150) feet; thence deflect 90 deg <br />to the right on a straight line a distance of <br />three hundred thirty-three (333) feet to inter- <br />section with the south line of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4) of said Section 5; thence west <br />along said south line a distance of one hundred <br />fifty (150) feet to the place of beginning of <br />land to be described.
