<br />1. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23, more particularly <br />descripted as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the center line of <br />STH #8, 1053.34 feet Southwesterly from a <br />point where said road intersects the North <br />line of said Section 5; thence Southwesterly <br />330 feet; thence Northwest at right angles to <br />said center line 388.48 feet; thence North- <br />easterly parallel to said Highway 8, 330 <br />feet; thence Southeasterly 388.48 feet to a <br />point of beginning, except that part conveyed <br />in "904" Deeds 599 (Entry #26).
