CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO. 834 * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY ADOPTING THE LATEST ADDITION OF THE ELECTRICAL CODE, MAKING CHANGES COMPLYING WITH THE STATE BUILDING CODE AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR CERTAIN ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS BY AMENDING SECTIONS 32.090, 32.100 AND 32.101. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. Section 32.090 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 32.090. Electrical. Those portions of the Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 326 (Minnesota Electrical Act), herein- after enumerated, are hereby adopted by reference together with all amendments thereto: Section 326.01 and 326.241 through 326.246 except as follows: (1) Those portions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 326 (Minnesota Electrical Act), hereinafter enumerated, are hereby adopted by reference together with all amendments thereto: Sections 326.01 and 326.241 through 326.246. (2) The latest addition of the National Electrical Code is hereby adopted as the safety standard for electrical installations. II. Section 32.100 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 32.100. Enforcement Procedures. Inspection procedures and code enforcements shall be the same as those outlined in the following rules and regulations of the Minnesota State Board of Electricity: Chapter Chapter Chapter Chapter One: Two: Three: Four: Elec. 1,2 and 5 Inspections Elec. 11-20 Enforcement, Procedures Elec. 21-25 Appeals Elec. 26-35 Licenses.
