<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 835 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCl:: AMENDING SECTIONS 66.310, Subsection 1, and 66.420, Subsection 3 <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CHANGING WATER RATES AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 66.310, Subsection 1, and Section 66.420, Subsection 3 <br />of the City Code of the City of Roseville are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.310. Water Rates. <br />(1) The rate due and payable by each water user within the City for water <br />taken from the water system commencing Janua~y 1, 1979, shall be 66 cents per <br />1,000 gallons, payable quarterly, provided, however, that the minimum amount <br />due and payable by each water user for each quarter year period during which <br />water service is furnished shall be as follows: <br /> <br />~1eter Si ze <br /> <br />Quarterly Minimum Charge <br /> <br />5/8 inch <br />1 inch <br />1-1/2 inch <br />2 inch <br />3 inch <br />4 inch <br />6 inch <br />8 inch <br />10 inch <br />12 inch <br /> <br />$ 8.40 <br />16 .80 <br />33.60 <br />50.40 <br />100. 80 <br />151. 20 <br />252.00 <br />504.00 <br />756.00 <br />1.008.00 <br /> <br />66.420.
