<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 837 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 145.035 PROHIBITING THE <br />LODGING OF ANIMALS IN ANY HOTEL OR MOTEL. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 145.035 shall read as follows: <br /> <br />145.035. Animals Forbidden in Hotels and Motels. <br />No dog or cat or other animal shall be allowed in any <br />hotel or motel overnight in the sleeping rooms designed <br />for human habitation.
