<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 838 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIMITED <br />RETAIL DISTRICT (B-I-B) TO GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zonine Code of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owner filed an application with the City Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from Limited <br /> <br />Retail District (B-l-B) to General Business District (B-3), <br /> <br />certain real property hereinafter described lying and being <br /> <br />in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of Novem- <br /> <br />ber, 1978, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the Council: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br />
