EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MIHHESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eleventh day of May, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8801 RESOLUTION APPROVING COUNTY STATE AID DESIGNATION COUNTY ROAD B-2, HAMLINE TO VICTORIA WHEREAS, Ramsey County has excess county state aid highway designation available¡ and WHEREAS, County Road B-2 from Hamline Avenue to victoria street is currently designated as a county road¡ and WHEREAS, Ramsey County wishes to place the designation of county state aid highway over the segment of county Road B-2 from Hamline Avenue to Victora Street¡ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE hereby agrees with Ramsey County's request and approves the designation of County Road B-2 from Hamline Avenue to victoria street as a county state aid highway, and the city engineer is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation state Aid Office for processing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
