<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 842 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING THAT THE ISSUANCE OF <br />THE BUILDING PERMIT SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A WAIVER <br />OF ANY VIOLATIONS OF LAW. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 31.035 to read as follows: <br /> <br />31.035. Permits Are Not Construed As A <br /> <br />Waiver Of A Violation. In the event an owner <br /> <br />or agent is charged with a violation of law, <br /> <br />including any provision of this code or other <br /> <br />regulation, it shall be no defense that a permit <br /> <br />was issued pursuant to Section 31.030. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passange and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />this 12th day of February, 1979. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />-~) ,./ <br />~; //. <br />.
