Minnesota, does hereby ordain: 1. That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: That part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 3, T. 29 N Range 23W., described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said SW 1/4SW 1/4 said point being 660.0 feet east of the northwest corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 when measured along said north line, said north line having an assumed bearing of S 89 deg 381 31" E.; thence S. 0 deg 21' 29" W., 410.0 ft.; thence S 32 deg 24' 04" W., 261. 79 ft.; thence S. 57 deg 35' 56" E., 476.11 ft.; thence along tangential curve concave to the southwest, radius 237.67 ft., central angle 61 deg. 00' 00" a distance of 253.04 ft.; thence S. 3 deg. 241 04" W., tangent to said curve 104.10 ft.; thence S. 86 deg. 351 56" E., 28.67 ft.; thence S. 79 deg. 00' 16" E., 151.33 ft.; thence S. 86 deg 35' 56" E., 76.26 ft., more or less to the west line of Pascal Avenue; thence N. 0 deg 02' 16" E., along said west line of Pascal Avenue to the north line of the south 1020.0 ft., of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S. 89 deg 59' 43" E., 33.0 ft., more or less to the east line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N. 0 deg. 02' 16" E., to the northeast corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence N. 89 deg. 38' 31" west along the north line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the beginning, containing 14.86 acres, more or less. Except that part lying South of a line 500 feet north of the south line of said SW 1/4 of Sec. 3, T. 29 R. 23. be and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to B-1, and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classi- fied and zoned as B-1.
