<br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section <br />3, T. 29 N Range 23W., described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the north line of <br />said SW 1/4SW 1/4 said point being 660.0 <br />feet east of the northwest corner of said <br />SW 1/4 SW 1/4 when measured along said north <br />line, said north line having an assumed bearing <br />of S 89 deg 381 31" E.; thence S. 0 deg 21' <br />29" W., 410.0 ft.; thence S 32 deg 24' 04" W., <br />261. 79 ft.; thence S. 57 deg 35' 56" E., 476.11 <br />ft.; thence along tangential curve concave to <br />the southwest, radius 237.67 ft., central angle <br />61 deg. 00' 00" a distance of 253.04 ft.; thence <br />S. 3 deg. 241 04" W., tangent to said curve <br />104.10 ft.; thence S. 86 deg. 351 56" E., 28.67 <br />ft.; thence S. 79 deg. 00' 16" E., 151.33 ft.; <br />thence S. 86 deg 35' 56" E., 76.26 ft., more <br />or less to the west line of Pascal Avenue; <br />thence N. 0 deg 02' 16" E., along said west <br />line of Pascal Avenue to the north line of the <br />south 1020.0 ft., of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence <br />S. 89 deg 59' 43" E., 33.0 ft., more or less <br />to the east line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence <br />N. 0 deg. 02' 16" E., to the northeast corner <br />of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence N. 89 deg. <br />38' 31" west along the north line of said SW 1/4 <br />SW 1/4 to the beginning, containing 14.86 acres, <br />more or less. Except that part lying South of <br />a line 500 feet north of the south line of said <br />SW 1/4 of Sec. 3, T. 29 R. 23. <br /> <br />be and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to B-1, and that the <br /> <br />Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classi- <br /> <br />fied and zoned as B-1. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
