<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 847 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 230 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY DELETING REFERENCE TO HEALTH <br />OFFICERS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 230 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />230.010. Sanitarian. The Council may employ <br />an environmenta~ sanitarian. <br /> <br />230.020. Duties of Sanitarian. The sanitarian's <br />duties shall be assigned by the City Manager and <br />shall include, among other things, the investigation <br />and inspection of businesses and properties within <br />the City with regard to environmental and sanitary <br />conditions. The sanitarian shall further participate <br />in the enforcement of the provisions of Chapter 100 <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />230.030. Compensation of Sanitarian.
