<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 853 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, <br />BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (I-I) TO RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the zoning Code of the City of Rose- <br /> <br />ville, the property owners filed an application with the <br /> <br />City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone <br /> <br />from Light Industrial District (I-I) to Retail Business <br /> <br />District (B-2), certain real property hereinafter described <br /> <br />lying and being in the City of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, th Planning Commission made its <br /> <br />recommendation to the Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 23rd day of <br /> <br />July, 1979, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections <br />
