EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of May, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cush- man, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8803 RESOLUTION SUBMITTING AUTHORIZING IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE MANDATED SURCHARGE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that City staff be authorized to begin implement- ing the State mandated water connection surcharge effective with the June, 1992 billing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member V. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
