<br />CITY OF ROSEVILlE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 860 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECI'IONS 7L020 and 71.030 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CHANGING SEWER RATES AND CHAffiES <br /> <br />'Ihe City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 71. 020 and 71.030 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville are arrended to read as follows: <br /> <br />71.020. Residential Rates. Charges for seINer service shall <br />be at the following rates for the following residential classi- <br />fications: <br /> <br />(1) Single Family Residence: $47.60 per year. <br /> <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which the owner and head of <br />the household is receiving Retirerrent Survivors Insurance <br />or Disability Insurance under the Social Security Act, 42 <br />U.S.C. Section 301, as amended: $27.80 per year. <br /> <br />'Ihe resident, to qualify for this rate, must file an <br />affidavit with the City Council stating that the owner <br />and head of such household is receiving Retirerrent <br />Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance under the <br />Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 301 as amended. <br /> <br />(3) Duplexes or double bungalows containing two-family units: <br />$95.20 per year. <br /> <br />(4) Each townhouse unit: $47.60 per year. <br /> <br />(5) Each trailer unit: $47.60 per year. <br /> <br />(6) Multiple DNellings (three or rrore units, except townhouses) : <br />$30.80 per year. <br /> <br />71. 030. COITITercial and Industrial Rates. 'Ihe seINer rates for <br />cormrercial, industrial, institutional and other uses not covered <br />by Section 71.020 shall be upon a volurretric charge based upon <br />water consunption as foll~s: A seINer charge of 66 cents for <br />each 1,000 gallons, or Part thereof, of water consumption during <br />the winter quarter water billing, subject to a minimum charge of <br />$11.90 per quarter. <br />
