<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 875 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.290 OF THE CITY CODE <br />PROVIDING FOR THE HANDLING OF FLAMMABLE AND NONFLAMMABLE <br />GASES, LIQUIDS AND WELDING SUPPLIES IN LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br />BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding a new Subsection (13), to read: <br /> <br />(13) Maintenance and repair of gas cylinders; dis- <br />tribution, sale, storage, processing and packaging of <br />flammable and nonflammable gases and liquids and weld- <br />ing supplies, except gasoline and oil products, provided <br />that the processing and packaging is done within an <br />enclosed structure, and provided further that the types of <br />flammable gases and liquids to be stored, processed and <br />packaged are specified in the special use permit. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> <br />and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 12th day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />, 1981. <br /> <br />il 1,/' <br />\ I '/1 J <br />\ / / ' <br />'f:0-U/ / !-Un1J-Z. <br />MiiWor- <br />,/ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/'f <br />I <br />\ /) <br /> <br />\~-'r>~ "-, ( ~-R- <br />Manager .~ <br /> <br />i/- <br />
