<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 877 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />BY ADDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM I-l TO B-l-B. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16,010, 16.020, 16,030 and <br />16,040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property <br />owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a <br />written request to rezone from I-l to 8-1-8, certain real property <br /> <br />hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville: <br /> <br />The East 471.42 feet of the following described <br />property: The South 118.13 feet of the SW 1/4 of <br />the NW 1/4 and the North 10 acres of the NW 1/4 of <br />the SW 1/4 in Section 9, Township 29, Range 23. <br />Subject to road. <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public <br />hearing on said matter on the 4th day of March, 1981, and made its <br />recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing <br />on said matter on the 9th day of March, 1981, at its regular meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br />by reclassifying the following described property: <br />
