<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 880 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 35.095 ESTABLISHING FEES FOR <br />PERM ITS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 35 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding a new Section 35.095, to read as follows: <br /> <br />35.095. Additional Permits Required. In addition to the <br />permits required by Section 35.090 of this Code, no person shall, <br />without first obtaining an annual permit, maintain, store or handle <br />materials or conduct, process or install equipment, when a permit is <br />required by the Uniform Fire Code for any such activity.
