<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 883 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 66.060 OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING FOR SEPARATE <br />CONNECTIONS FOR UTILITIES IN R-2 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Sectjon 66.060 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville lS hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.060. Supply From One Service. No more <br />than one housing unit or building shall be sup- <br />plied from one service connection except by <br />special permission of the Utilities Superintendent. <br /> <br />A separate connection shall be required for <br />each dwelling unit constructed on or after September <br />19, 1979, in R-l or R-2 Districts as defined in <br />the City Zoning Code.
