<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 885 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO TWO <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16,010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a <br />written request to rezone from Single Family Residence District <br />(R-l) to Two Family Residence District (R-2), certain real property <br />hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made its recommendation to <br /> <br />the Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice, held a public <br />hearing on said matter on the 10th day of August, 1981, at its <br />regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, <br />be amended as follows: <br />
