<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of May , 1992 at <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson <br />adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.8806 <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY ON ALTA VISTA DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS construction and grading permits were issued and <br />approved on February 26, 1991, authorizing certain grading and <br />filling of certain lots described below. <br /> <br />WHEREAS deposits were required by the City of Roseville <br />pursuant to Roseville Code Code §31.090. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lots in question are as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 Connelly Heights and part of Lot 1, <br />Connelly Heights. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amount of deposits is: <br /> <br />$2,100.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the work to be done under said permits has not been <br />completed. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, if said work is not completed promptly, there is a <br />hazard created to certain City facilities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Building Department of the City of Roseville is <br />instructed to apply the deposits to correct and complete the <br />work on the above lots; and <br /> <br />2. A copy of this proposed Resolution is being mailed to <br />the following persons prior to the Council Meeting. <br /> <br />1 <br />
