CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO. 894 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT B-1 TO LIMITED RETAIL DISTRICT B-l-b. WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from Limited Business District B-1 to Limited Retail District B-l-b, certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 6th day of January, 1982, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 11th day of January, 1982, at its regular meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property: Lot 1, Block 1, Venture Addition from B-1 to B-l-b. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. PASSED by the City Council of the this 11th day of January, 1982.
