<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 896 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, <br />16.030, AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM <br />SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT R-l TO TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT R-6. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040 <br />of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed <br />an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request <br />to rezone from Single-Family Residence District R-l to Townhouse <br />District R-6, certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br />being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public <br />hearing on said matter on the 2nd day of September, 1981, and made <br />its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing <br />on said matter on the 25th day of January, 1982, at its regular <br />meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br />by reclassifying the following described property: <br /> <br />The East 120.5 Feet of the West 170 feet of the <br />South 5 acres of the North 6 acres of the West <br />15 acres of the North one-half of the Southwest <br />one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />from R-l to R-6. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of/-'trye City of Ro~eville, Minnesota, <br />this 25th day of January, 1982.
