<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO~ 898 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE R-l, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT I-I, AND GENERAL INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT 1-2, .TO RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE DISTRICT B-4. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 <br />of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed <br />an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request <br />to rezone from Single-family Residence R-l, Light Industrial District <br />I-I, and General Industrial District 1-2, to Retail Office Service <br />District B-4, certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br />being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public <br />hearing on said matter on the 3rd day of February, 1982, and made its <br />recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing <br />on said matter on the 8th day of February, 1982, at its regular meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by <br />reclassifying the following described property: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of and 2246.01 feet <br />West of the Southeast corner of Southeast One-quarter of <br />Section 5, Township 29, Range 23; thence North 12 degrees <br />53 minutes 30 seconds, East 849.18 feet to a point on the <br />North line of the South 828.18 feet of said Southeast One- <br />quarter; thence Easterly along said North line to the <br />centerline of Long Lake Road; thence Southerly to the <br />centerline of County Road C; thence Easterly along said <br />centerline to the Southeast corner of said Section 5, said <br />corner also being the centerlines for County Road C and <br />Cleveland Avenue; thence Southerly along said Cleveland <br />Avenue centerline 700 feet; thence Westerly 560 feet, More <br />or Less, to a point on the West right-of-way line of State <br />Trunk Highway 35W; thence Southerly and Westerly along the <br />
