<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 906 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 33.010 REQUIRING A LICENSE <br />TO PERFORM VENTILATION SYSTEM CLEANING AND ADDING A NEW <br />SECTION 35.140 REQUIRING INSPECTION OF VENTILATION SYSTEM CLEAN- <br />ING BY FIRE MARSHAL. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 33.010 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by <br /> <br />adding a new section (13), to read as follows: <br />(13) Ventilation system cleaning. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding a new <br /> <br />section 35.140, to read as follows: <br /> <br />35.140. Ins ection of Ventilation S stem <br />contractor licensed pursuant to Ordinance 33.010 <br />ventilation system cleaning in the City shall: <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Prior to performing such ventilation system cleaning, <br />secure a permit from the Fire Marshal for each job and pay a twenty- <br />five ($25.00) permit fee. <br /> <br />(2) Upon completion of each job, notify the Fire Marshal of <br />the completion of the job and prior to leaving the job site, allow <br />inspection of the work by the Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> <br />and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 10th_ day of <br /> <br />___ May <br /> <br />, 1982. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />/ <br />~~ <br />,w~J:;;{Je,,/";r1. <br /> <br />~j~ <br /> <br />/ Manager <br />
