<br />VI. <br /> <br />Section 145.040 and Section 145.050 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />145.040. License Required. All dogs kept or maintained by <br />their owner within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville shall <br />be licensed and registered if over three (3) months of age. Such <br />license shaH continue in force for the life of the animal provided that <br />the owner shows proof every two (2) years that the dog has shots <br />within that period and provided the owner reports any change of <br />address to the City and pays the requisite fee for changing the <br />address of record. A certificate of vaccination authorized by a <br />licensed veterinarian for rabies shots must be presented at the time <br />of licensing and within every two (2) year anniversary date there- <br />after. Any owner of a dog not vaccinated for rabies every two (2) <br />years will be in violation of this chapter. <br /> <br />145.050. Issuance of Tags. Upon the payment of the license <br />fee and presentation of a rabies vaccination certificate, the City <br />shall issue a license tag to the owner of the dog containing the name <br />and address of the owner of the dog. Duplicate tags will be issued <br />upon payment of a replacement fee. Dog tags shall not be <br />transferred from one dog to another, and no refunds shall be made for <br />any dog license fee. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1 of Section 151.040 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.040. License Fees. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. The annual license fee for an "on-sale" intoxicating <br />liquor license is seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00). The annual <br />license fee for a wine license is one thousand five hundred dollars <br />($1,500.00). The annual license fee for a Sunday "on-sale" license is <br />two hundred dollars ($200.00). The annual license fee for a special <br />club license is dependent upon the number of members in the club, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />51 - 200 <br />201 - 500 <br />501 - 1,000 <br />1,001 - 2,000 <br />2,001 - 4,000 <br />4,001 - 6,000 <br />More Than 6,000 <br /> <br />1983 <br /> <br />$ 200.00 <br />$ 300.00 <br />$ 400.00 <br />$ 450.00 <br />$ 500.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br />$1,500.00 <br /> <br />1984 <br /> <br />$ 300.00 <br />$ 500.00 <br />$ 650.00 <br />$ 800.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br />$2,000.00 <br />$3,000.00 <br /> <br />Number of Club Members <br />
