CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 908 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINM~CE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-l (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE) TO B-1 (LIMITED BUSINESS). WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from R-l (single-family residence) to B-1 (limited business), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of August, 1982, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of August, 1982, at its regular meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property: The Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, excepting therefrom the Westerly 651.6 feet and excepting therefrom the North 25 rods; subject to easements. from R-l to B-1.
