CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 909 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY A~ffiNDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYI~G CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM B-4 (RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE DISTRICT) TO B-3 (GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT). WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from 8-4 (Retail Office Service District) to B-3 (General Business District), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 by motion referred the same to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of August, 1982, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Ci ty Counei 1 after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of August, 1982, at its regular meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville 1S hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property: Subject to Cleveland Ave., the South 180 feet of the North 688 1/10 feet of East 192 feet of Northeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, Unplatted Lands. from B-4 to B-3.
