CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 911 * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 133.030 REGARDING CABLE COMMUNICA- TION SYSTEM FRANCHISE. The City Council of the City of RoseviHe does hereby ordain: I. The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding Section 133.030, to read as follows: 133.030. Cable Communication System Franchise. It is adopted for the purpose of granting a nonexclusive cable communica- tion system franchise to Group W Cable of the North Suburbs, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, that certain document entitled: "AN ORDINANCE, INCLUDING ADDENDUM WITH EXHIBITS, GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO GROUP W OF THE NORTH SUBURBS, INC., A MINNESOTA CORPORA- TION, TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE COM- MUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE CITY; SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF FRAN- CHISE; PROVIDING FOR REGULATIONS, AND USE OF THE SYSTEM; AND PRESCRIBING PENAL TIES FOR THE VIOLA TlONS OF ITS PROVISIONS." Which document, not less than three copies of which have been and are now filed in the office of the City Manager, is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling.
