<br />located, constructed and maintained in the City. Further, <br />Grantee shall, without charge, furnish copies of such maps and <br />records from time to time as requested by City. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />All wires, conduits, cables, and other property and facilities of <br />Grantee, shall be constructed and installed in an orderly and <br />workmanlike manner. AU wires, conduits, and cables shaU be <br />installed, where possible, paraUel with electric and telephone <br />lines. Multiple cable configurations shaU be arranged in parallel <br />and bundled with due respect for engineering considerations. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />D. Grantee shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, <br />ordinances, rules, regulations, and codes, federal, state, and <br />local. In any event, the installation, operation, or maintenance <br />of System shall not endanger or interfere with the safety of <br />persons or property in the City. <br /> <br />E. Whenever City shall undertake any public improvement which <br />affects Grantee's equipment or facilities, City shall, with due <br />regard to reasonable working conditions and with reasonable <br />notice, direct Grantee to move its wires, conduits, cables, and <br />other property located in streets, public, or private property. <br />Grantee shall relocate or protect its wires, conduits, cables, and <br />other property at its own expense. <br /> <br />F. Grantee's plans for constructing its System, and the <br />construction of the System, shaU be in accordance with its <br />Offering. However, Grantee shall comply with the following <br />minimum requirements: <br /> <br />(I) Grantee shall construct underground in any area <br />where all other utility lines are underground. <br /> <br />(2) Grantee shall change from aerial to underground, at <br />its own expense, in any area where (j) aU other lines <br />are hereafter changed from aerial to underground or <br />(ii) any aerial line is changed to underground by the <br />open trench method and City request Grantee to <br />share the trench. <br /> <br />(3) To enable Grantee reasonable opportunity to change <br />its wiring from aerial to underground, and also to <br />allow it to prewire all new multiple dwelling units, <br />subdivisions or new development areas, City shall <br />provide Grantee with at least 15 days prior written <br />notice of the following, but in no event shall City <br />have any liabiltiy for failure to provide notice of the <br />foHowing: <br /> <br />(a) Any changes of which City has knowledge, or <br />which City may order, regarding a change <br /> <br />- 26 - <br />
