<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 913 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 151.010 AND ADDING SECTION <br />151.015 PROVIDING THAT SALES OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS MAY BE <br />MADE ON SUNDAY FROM THE HOURS OF 10:00 A.M. TO 12:00 MIDNIGHT <br />BY LICENSEES OF SUNDAY SALES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 151.010 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.010. provisions of State Law Adopted. <br />The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340, <br />relating to the definition of terms, licensing, <br />consumotion, sales, conditions of bonds and <br />licenses, hours of sales except as provided in <br />Section 151.015, and all other matters pertaining <br />to the retail sale, distribution, and consumption <br />of intoxicating liquor are adopted and made a part <br />of this ordinance as if set out in full. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 151.015 to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.015. Hours of Sale on Sunday.
