<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 914 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.290, ALLOWING HEALTH <br />CLUBS, PHYSICAL CULTURE AND HEALTH SERVICES AS A SPECIAL USE IN <br />1-1 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amende <br /> <br />by adding a new subparagraph (14) to read as follows: <br />(14) Health clubs, physical culture and health service facilities. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> <br />and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 15th day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />__, 1982. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Q;>2~J"~~~. <br />~r <br />
