CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 915 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 71.020 and 71,030 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CHANGING SEWER RATES The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: 1. Sections 71.020 and 71.030 of the City Code of the City of Rosevil1e are amended to read as follows: 71.020 Residential Rates Charges for sewer service shall be at the following rates for the following residential classifications: (1) Single-Family Residence: $70.00 per year. (2) Single-Family Residence in which the owner and head of the household is receiving Retirement Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance under the Social Security Act, 42 V.S.C. Section 301, as amended: $40.40 per year. The resident, to qualify for this rate must file an affidavit with the City Council, stating that the owner and head of such household is receiving Retirement Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance under the Social Security Act, 42 V.S.C. Section 301, as amended. (3) Duplexes or double bungalows containing two-family units: $140.00 per year. (4) Each townhouse unit: $70.00 per year. (5) Each trailer unit: $70.00 per year. (6) ~1ultiple Dwellings (three or more units, except townhouses: $44.80 per year. 71.030 Commercial and Industrial Rates The sewer rates for commercial, industrial, institutional, and other uses not covered by Section 71.020 shall be upon a volumetric charge based upon water con- sumption as follows: A sewer charge of 99 cents for each 1,000 gallons, or part thereof, of water consumption during the winter quarter water billing, subject to a minimum charge of $17.50 per quarter.
