CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO. 918 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RE- CLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM I-I (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO B-3 (GENERAL BUSINESS). WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Rosevi1le, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from I-I (Light Industrial) to B-3 (General Business, certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 5th day of January, 1983, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 24th day of January, 1983, at its regular meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Rosevi11e is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property: The So. 212 ft. of N. 720 ft. of E. 410 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 9, Town 29, North, Range 23 West, subject to Fairview Avenue. from I-I to B-3. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. PASSED by the City Council of day of January, 1983. the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, ~~ this 24th ~
