<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 919 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY <br />ADDING SECTION 5.720, DEFINING MAIL ORDER SALES AND LIMITED PRODUCTION, <br />AND ADDING SECTION 8.260(11), ALLOWING MAIL ORDER SALES AND LIMITED <br />PRODUCTION AS A SPECIAL USE IN B-1 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevi11e does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 5 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by <br />adding Section 5.720 to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.720. Mail Order Sales and Limited Production. Receiving <br />of mail orders from consumers, processing of such orders, in- <br />cluding the manufacture, assembly, storage and shipping of such <br />products from the site, direct to consumers only. Such shipping <br />shall not exceed a total of one (1) ton of product per day per <br />ten thousand (10,000) square feet of ground floor area. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 8.260 of the City Code of the City of Rosevil1e is amended <br />by adding paragraph (11) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(11) Mail order sales and limited production. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e this 14th day of <br />February, 1983. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(7 //;') <br />\ l~vm~~j, UfJL-- <br /> <br />~anager <br />f/~1Q <br />
