<br />on the mailbox post or within eighteen (18) inches of <br />the mailbox post in accordance with Section 84.020, <br />regardless of which side of the street the mailbox is <br />located. <br /> <br />(2) On lots where more than one dwelling unit is <br />located, no more than two (2) newspaper receptacles <br />may be placed for each dwelling unit. <br /> <br />84.040. Color of Newspaper Receptacles. All newspaper <br />receptacles permitted by Section 84.020 shall be of a brown or tan <br />color or such other neutral color as approved, in writing, by the City <br />Public Works Director. Permitted newspaper receptacles shall not <br />display the name of a newspaper or other advertising message but <br />may display an indentifying mark for each publisher using the <br />receptacle, not to exceed two (2) inches by two (2) inches in size. <br /> <br />84.050. Permission. Each publisher which has placed or <br />places a newspaper receptacle pursuant to this ordinance shall <br />provide the occupier of the dwelling to which it is adjacent with a <br />self addressed postcard, printed in such a manner that the occupier <br />may instruct the publisher to remove the newspaper receptacle. In <br />the event the publisher receives instruction from the occupier to <br />remove the newspaper receptacle, the publisher shall remove the <br />same within ten (10) days of receipt of the instruction. <br /> <br />84.060. Effective Date. This limitation on the use of <br />newspaper receptacles applies to all receptacles placed after April 1, <br />1983.
