Such lettering shall indentify the newspaper only <br />and shall not be an advertising sign. <br /> <br />(6) A certificate of liability insurance shall be filed with the <br />City covering claims for damages which might arise out of the use or <br />placement of the newspaper vending machine in the public right-of- <br />way, naming the City as an additional insured. The minimum limits <br />of liability shall be $100,000.00/$300,000.00. <br /> <br />(7) At the request of the Public Works Director, a newspaper <br />vending machine shall be removed in order to permit right-of-way <br />improvements or maintenance, if its location is a safety hazard, or if <br />the vending machine significantly interferes with pedestrian or <br />vehicular traffic on the right-of-way. <br /> <br />(8) No newspaper vending machine may be placed in a public <br />right-of-way adjacent to a property zoned residential and containing <br />four residential units or less. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> <br />and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 14th day of <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 1983. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />Sl--:JJl:~--/ <br />Mr' <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />l/t~d~ <br />
