<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 8th day of June, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. John- <br />son, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8810 <br />APPROVING AGREEMENT 68643 BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND <br />THE MINNESOTA COMMERCIAL RAILROAD AND <br />COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Roseville enter into <br />an agreement with the Minnesota Commercial Railroad and the <br />Commissioner of Transportation for the installation and maintenance of <br />railroad crossing surface at the intersection of County Road C-2 (MSAS <br />216) with the tracks of the Minnesota Commercial Railroad in <br />Roseville, Minnesota, and appointing the Commissioner of Transporta- <br />tion Agent for the city to supervise said proj ect and administer <br />available federal funds in accordance with Minnesota Statute, section <br />161.36. The City's share of the cost shall be 15 percent of the total <br />surface cost. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they <br />are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson <br />and V.
