<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 930 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY ADOPTING AIR POLLUTION CONTROL RULE 8 BY REFER- <br />ENCE, RELATING TO OPEN BURNING. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding Section <br /> <br />35.200, relating to adopting air pollution control rules dealing with open burning <br /> <br />and issuance of permits by reference. Said Section 35.200 will read as follows: <br /> <br />35.200. Open Burning Permits. Minnesota Air Pollution Control <br />Rules, Chapter 8 (APC 8) relating to open burning and the issuance of <br />permits for open burning is hereby adopted by reference and is made <br />a part of the City Code of the City of Roseville as if fully set forth <br />herein.
