<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 934 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 151.030, SUBDIVISION 2, AND ADDING A <br />NEW SECTION 151.030, SUBDIVISION 4, PERTAINING TO LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />AND CORPORATE SURETY BONDS AS A REQUIREMENT FOR A LIQUOR LICENSE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 151.030, Subdivision 2, of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Liability Insurance. Prior to the issuance of a <br />license under this ordinance, the applicant shall file with the <br />City Manager an insurance policy covering liquor liability and <br />loss of means of support in the amount of One Hundred Thousand <br />Dollar ($100,000.00) coverage for one person and Two Hundred <br />Thousand Dollar ($200,000.00) coverage for more than one person <br />and providing for Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) coverage for <br />property damage and complying with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes Section 340.11, relating to liability insurance policies. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 151.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding a new Subdivision 4, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Bond. Prior to the issuance of a license under <br />this Chapter, the applicant shall file with the City Clerk a <br />bond with corproate surety or cash or united States Government <br />bond in a sum of not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) <br />to be used as provided for in and complying with Minnesota <br />Statutes Section 340.12, relating to such bonds. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />passage and publication. <br />
