<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 938 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PUR- <br />SUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF .CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT (R-l) TO GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040 of the <br /> <br />Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owners filed an application <br /> <br />with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from Single <br /> <br />Family Residence District (R-l) to General Residence District (R-3), certain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred same to the Planning <br /> <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice, held a public hearing on said <br /> <br />matter on the 19th day of December, 1983, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections 16.101, 16.020, 16.030, <br /> <br />and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />The North 850 feet except the West 50 feet of the following <br />described property: <br /> <br />The East 250 feet of the North 400 feet of that part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range <br />
